The new building will be a 30'x60' barn at the County Fairgrounds. New Barn Construction 30'x60' barn : Demo & removal of existing structure (32'x64') and removal of footings o Excavating/fill Removal of clay approx. 57 cu. yds. Finish grade for concrete approx. 75 cu. yds. of gravel Building Materials for barn Labor for construction of building Concrete w/rebar and 12"x16" haunch (30'x60' slab 5" thick + 10'x60' apron 5" thick) #4 Rebar 2' .C.
