Marion County MSTU is seeking quotes from qualified and experienced contractors to install a concrete pad, per the attached specifications at the Marion Oaks Community Center, located at 280 Marion Oaks Lane, Ocala, Florida 34472. SCOPE OF WORK 1. Complete excavation and grading, compaction, and installation of concrete pad, per the attached plans and specifications. a. Maximum excavation/clearing limits: 119' X 51'. b. Concrete actual pad size: 118' X 50' X 4". c. Installed with a 6"X6" welded wire mesh 10/10. d. Concrete pad to be flushed with the existing sidewalk. e. Expansion Joint to be used at tie-in to the existing sidewalk. f. Control Joints to be saw cut no more than 10' apart at a 1" depth. g. Concrete to be a broom finish. h. Concrete to be a minimum of 2500 PSI. The Marion County Board of County Commissioners may reject a quote based on past performance of Contractor.
