The Part A: PreConstruction contract shall be a total of 580 calendar days and shall extend through the delivery of the GMP Proposal. The Part B: Construction Services contract shall be an estimated total of 270 calendar days, exclusive of any Advance Construction Start activities amended into the Part A: Pre-Construction Services contract.
