Scope of Services The project scope includes the planning, coordination, and execution of all tasked related to: site clearing, concrete panel removal, earthwork for retention pond (Approx. 27, 187 cubic yards excavation), construction of concrete overflow weir, instillation of pipes, sidewalks, fences, aeration fountain, and landscaping.
