Demolition, site work and renovation of a civil project in Molalla, Oregon. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project; for the demolition of a water / sewer project; and for the renovation of a water / sewer project.

The Project includes the following Work: 1. Wastewater Treatment Plant Upgrades (WWTP) a. Influent flow equalization basin and associated appurtenances. b. Transfer pump station improvements. c. Headworks including grit removal equipment. d. Four (4) basin Sequencing Batch Reactor (SBR) including decanters, aeration system, valves, pumps, mixers, chemical feed system, instrumentation, and other appurtenances. e. Two (2) effluent filters and associated appurtenances. f. Ultraviolet (UV) disinfection system and appurtenances. g. Control Building with office / laboratory, blower room, electrical room, biosolids dewatering room, and cake storage area. h. Two (2) basin aerobic digester including decanters, aeration system, valves, pumps, mixers, instrumentation, and other appurtenances. i. Biosolids dewatering system, macerator, and all associated appurtenances. j. Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition (SCADA) control system, flow metering, and miscellaneous control instrumentation. k. Demolition of existing Wastewater Treatment Plant process areas. l. New standby generator. m. Site Improvements, including new paving, gravel, access road improvements, valves, yard piping, and other items. n. Effluent Pump Station pH / temperature probe. 2. Effluent Storage Pond No. 2 Improvements a. Effluent Storage Pond No. 2 Improvements including: conversion of the facultative lagoon into an effluent storage pond, piping, actuated valves, and other appurtenances. 3. Sludge Removal and Disposal a. Sludge removal and disposal from Lagoon No. 2. Site Directions: The project site is at the existing wastewater treatment facility of the City of Molalla in Clackamas County, Oregon. The Wastewater Treatment Plant is located at 12424 Toliver Road, Molalla, OR 97038. The surrounding area is private property, residences, commercial businesses, and farmland. No Bid will be considered unless fully completed in the manner provided in the Instructions to Bidders, and accompanied by a Bid Security executed in favor of the Owner in the amount of not less than 10% of the total amount of the Bid. Pre-Qualification: Yes Work under this Contract will be funded in part by the United States Department of Agriculture through Rural Development and with funds from the Oregon Department of Environmental Quality Clean Water State Revolving Fund Loan No. R66101. This funding requires the Contractor to comply with buying American Iron and Steel (AIS) as spelled out in the Consolidated Appropriations Act of 2017. *The value for this project is based on a financial range.
