No Pre-bid Meeting for Bid Package Two (2) Will Be Held as This is a New Ground Up Building on an Empty Site. the Scope of Work for This Solicitation Includes All Activities as Defined in Bid Documents and Cost Proposal Forms Prepared by P&c for Bid Package Two (2) Only. All Proposers Must Clearly Outline Their Ability, Capacity, and Associated Cost to Furnish Payment and Performance Bonds Covering the Faithful Performance of the Subcontract and the Payment for All Obligations Arising Hereunder. P&c Reserves the Right to Consider in the Evaluation the Ability of Proposers to Provide Payment and Performance Bonds, the Associated Cost of Payment and Performance Bonds, and the Current Financial Resources of the Proposer. This Project is a Prevailing Wage Project in Accordance With Oregon Revised Statutes 279c.800-870. All Proposers Must Be Registered With the Construction Contractors Board at the Time of Submission of Their Proposals and Carry All Licensing and Bonding Required for a Public Project in the State of Oregon.
