The scope of the 2024 Middle School Replacement Bond Project ("Project") includes construction of a new middle school (115,000 sqft; 700 students) on District property adjacent to the current middle school, located at 318 Leroy St., Molalla, Oregon. This scope of work also includes all related site work and development costs, including demolition and abatement of existing middle school. A preliminary budget was developed during the pre-bond process.
