Completed plans call for the renovation of a playground / park / athletic field; for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; sidewalk / parking lot; for outdoor lighting for a sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.

Site Directions: The work is located in the City of Molalla, Clackamas County, Oregon. For more specific locations, see the location and vicinity maps on the Plans. The project consists of: Construction of new parking lot and associated curbs, gutter, landscaping, irrigation, storm water planters, lighting, and other ancillary requirements. Construction of new concrete walkways and utilities to the site including water and electrical service. Installation of approximately 200 linear feet of new 8-inch water line including new 1-inch water service line and installation of a new fire hydrant. Installation of approximately 350 linear feet of new 6- to8-inch storm line including installation of four (4) new catch basins, three (3)new shallow storm sewer manholes, and outfall to existing ditch. Construction and/or installation of site furnishings, seating, ADA portable restroom enclosure, playground area, and interpretive signs. Est. Value Notes: $760,000 to $985,000 Bids not fully completed in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders will not be considered. A Bid Security executed in favor of the Owner in the amount of not less than 10% of the total amount of the Bid is required. Per ORS 279C.385(2), Bid Security is to be forfeited as fixed and liquidated damages should the Bidder neglect or refuse to enter into a Contract and provide suitable insurance certificates, bonds, and other required documents for the faithful performance of the work in the event the Bidder is awarded the Contract. Each Bidder must submit a First-Tier Subcontractor Disclosure Form, Evidence of Authority to Sign Bid, and Evidence to do Business in the State within two working hours of the time for receipt of the Bid. Contractors shall state whether they have ever been terminated by the City of Molalla under a public contract. If termination exists, the City shall declare the Bidder to be non-responsible and therefore not eligible for award. Contractors and all subcontractors shall pay at least the state prevailing rate of wage as determined under ORS 279C.815. ORS 279C.800 to 279C.870 will be administered and enforced in accordance with state law and regulations. No Bid will be received or considered by the Owner unless the Bid contains: 1)a statement that Bidder will comply with the provisions of 40 USC 276a and ORS279C.840 and 2) a statement as to whether the Bidder is a resident Bidder as defined in ORS 279A.120. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all Bids, to waive all informalities, and to accept such Bids that in the opinion of the Owner are in the best interest of the Owner.
