Basic Bid a. Provide and install a new 100-hp Vertical Turbine Pump assembly in place of the existing 75-hp Vertical Turbine Pump. b. A specified Owner's Contingency Allowance for unanticipated out-of-scope work items that may come up. Bids will be received for a single prime Contract. Bids shall be on lump sum pricing as indicated in the Bid Form. No Bid will be considered unless fully completed in the manner provided in the Instructions to Bidders and accompanied by a Bid Security executed in favor of the Owner in the amount of not less than ten (10) percent of the total amount of the Bid.
