**As of December 17, 2025, the project was awarded to A.C. Schommer & Sons, with an awarded amount of $ 557,011.13.** The work consists of the Antfarm Molalla Resource Center Project at 106 E 2nd Street, Molalla, Oregon 97038, financially supported by Clackamas County through State of Oregon funds. Required contractor classifications include carpentry, commercial flooring, concrete, drywall, electrical, HVAC, paint, and plumbing. The project is subject to State of Oregon Bureau of Labor and Industries (BOLI) prevailing wage requirements. Instructions to bidders: Prospective bidders must obtain bidding documents from the Daily Journal of Commerce (DJC). Contractors are responsible for obtaining any addenda. A mandatory pre-bid conference will be conducted on site; only contractors documented on the sign-in sheet may bid. Bids must include: a completed bid form (Form B-5.1) with unit costs and itemized totals for all divisions; a written summary of contractor’s professional development activities and experience with youth trade or workforce development programs; and a written description with references of three completed projects in all required classifications. Prime contractors must provide their Oregon Construction Contractors Board (CCB) number and the CCB numbers for all first-tier subcontractors. The contract will be awarded to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder, and failure to meet documented requirements will result in a non-responsive bid.
