Site work for a mixed-use development in Lethbridge, Alberta. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway.
The purpose of this request for proposal is to solicit interested parties to assume the role of Prime Contractor and provide all services necessary to perform the following: Two new concrete panel road/rail crossings Rail tie replacement Track surfacing and adjustment. Rail replacement (new hardware) Internal Rail testing (X-ray) for entire City of Lethbridge owned railway Miscellaneous work including switch maintenance, ditch grading, bolt replacement, joint bar replacement and welding rail track.
