Performance Period Performance Dates, Base Year: 1 April 2024-31 March 2025 Option Year 1: 1 April 2025-31 March 2026 Option Year 2: 1 April 2026-31 March 2027 Option Year 3: 1 April 2027-31 March 2028 Option Year 4: 1 April 2028-31 March 2029 The City of Colorado Springs' Public Works Department, Transit Services Division, dba Mountain Metropolitan Transit (MMT), is seeking a highly qualified Professional Transportation Engineer to serve as a project manager (PM) on behalf of MMT on special projects. These special projects will likely include federal funds overseen by the Federal Transit Administration (FTA), Federal Highway administration (FHWA), the Colorado Department of Transportation (CDOT) and other localized funding sources. In some cases, the Colorado Department of Transportation (CDOT) Local Agency Project Desk Reference (formerly known as the Local Agency Manual) (LPA) processes will apply.
