The intent of this Request for Quotation is to establish a two-year Purchase Order with three one-year renewal options for the purchase of flow meter testing services for the City of Santa Rosa Water Department in compliance with the specifications, terms, and conditions identified within the RFQ. The City of Santa Rosa does not discriminate on the basis of disability in the admissions or access to, or treatment of or employment in its programs or activities. Disability-related aids or services, including printed information in alternate formats, to enable persons with disabilities to participate in public meetings, bid openings, and deliver bid packages to the location specified herein, are available by contacting the Buyer one week prior to meetings, bid due date or formal bid opening. City reserves the right to declare as non-responsive and reject any bid in which material information requested is not furnished or where indirect or incomplete answers or information is provided. The City of Santa Rosa reserves the right to accept quotes, award and/or not award quotes on individual items listed, on group items, or on the proposal as a whole; to reject any and all quotes, to waive any informality in the quotes, and to accept the quote that appears from all consideration to be for the best interest of the City of Santa Rosa.
