This Request for Proposals (RFP) seeks an Architectural Services Firm or Design Team ("Consultant") to provide continuing architectural services for the design and post-design of several riverfront food and beverage establishments. The scope and fee for each project will be negotiated separately. The initial term of agreement will commence upon execution of the Contract and will continue for a two-year period. Buyer will have the option to renew such agreement for up to two additional two year periods upon satisfactory performance by Consultant Firm. The Contract is subject to early termination as set forth elsewhere in this RFP. Pre-Proposal Meeting. There is not a pre-proposal meeting scheduled Any questions, requests for information or requests for amendments to this RFP must be submitted via email no later than 11:00 a.m., Eastern Time., Friday, February 16, 2024 Special Instructions: N/A City reserves the right to review insurance requirements specified in Article 3.21 for construction projects in excess of $3,000,000 and make changes when deemed necessary. Compensation will be provided for justifiable, documented corresponding increases in insurance costs. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
