Site work and renovation of a mixed-use development in Nanaimo, British Columbia. Completed plans call for the renovation of a playground / park / athletic field; and for site work for a playground / park / athletic field.
This Request for Statement of Qualifications (RFSOQ) is seeking an professional Construction Management services to support the Westwood Lake Park Design improvements and to then complete the construction of those improvements. The City seeks to design recreational space improvements, transportation/site access improvements, washroom/amenity building(s), and renovations of an existing washroom building. Additional improvements of a similar nature are being considered as future phases of work. The first phase of work must include the above noted elements and be responsive to the existing project budget.
