Site work and renovation of a recreation facility in Toronto, Ontario. Completed plans call for site work for a recreation facility; and for the renovation of a recreation facility.
To provide for the supply and installation of engineered ground screws, poured or pre-cast concrete bases and boardwalk mounts complete with anchoring means, and the installation of Toronto Zoo-supplied light standard poles and solar LED fixtures (poles & fixtures already on site). Ground screws are to be engineered to meet the size and load requirements of SE20W - 3.5m poles and UE-SE-20WLT fixtures. - Ground screws to be installed in approximate locations referenced in the Toronto Zoo Lighting Layout. Allow for some deviation from referenced locations due to unforeseen obstructions. - Fixture spacing to be based off approximately 30m spacing Where existing utility services do not allow for ground screw installation, provide for the excavation and installation of Sonotube, concrete base and anchoring means to meet the size and load requirements of SE20W - 3.5m poles and UE-SE-20WLT fixtures. Utility locates to be provided by Toronto Zoo. Fixtures noted in the Purple Zone will require custom pole-mounting brackets, engineered to accommodate the size and load requirements of SE20W - 3.5m poles and UE-SE-20WLT fixtures, to be affixed to the boardwalk support structure.
