Reference Number 0000264661 Term (1) year (the Term) Estimated Completion: October 2024 1. The Supplier was a successful proponent in a procurement process conducted by the University to provide the Goods and/or Services (as defined below); 2. The University and Supplier wish to enter into this Agreement to establish the terms and conditions pursuant to which Supplier shall provide the Goods and/or Services (as defined below) to the University. 1. This specification covers the overall requirements of the supplier for manufacturing, testing, and delivering of the following equipment: a) One (1) 1500 kVA/2000 kVA LNAN/LNAF, dual primary 13.8 kV x 4.16 kV/ 600 V station class transformer as per specification 26 12 13. b) One (1) 600 V, 2000 A, 65 kA, 3P/4W metal clad switchboard lineup with draw out circuit breakers as per specification 26 23 00. 2. Transformer (T1) is intended for close-couple integration with new 600V, 2000A switchboard secondary (section A). Supplier scope of supply will include bus duct/cable bus for transformer LV side to 600V Switchboard integration. See single line diagram E-100 for details. 3. A future identical Transformer (T2) and integrated switchboard secondary (section B) shall be added as part of a separate project to achieve double ended (main-tie-main) switchboard lineup. See single line diagram E-100 for details. 4. Supplier to meet the limiting dimensions for the overall transformer and switchboard combine as shown on layout E-102. Equipment must not intrude or interfere with any paths of egress within the transformer vault room (0107A). Alternate rating of 1200/1600 KVA LNAN/LNAF acceptable in lieu of the 1500/2000 kVA transformer to meet space and egress requirements of the proposed installation location.
