Site work and paving for a sidewalk / parking lot in Brattleboro, Vermont. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.
Contractors are invited to bid on the Brattleboro State Office Building (SOB) Sidewalk-Curb Project for the Department of Buildings and General Services at 232 Main Street in Brattleboro, Vermont. This project consists of, but is not limited to the following: Replace concrete sidewalks (700 SF, +, -), and (100 LF, +, -) of concrete curbing and asphalt replacement as described in the plans and specifications. Other miscellaneous work includes supplying and installing new manway frames and covers and a new spill containment chamber for the 8,000-gal underground fuel tank, and removing, refurbishing, and reinstalling a bike rack. QUESTION AND ANSWER PERIOD: Any vendor requiring clarification of any section of this RFP or wishing to comment or take exception to any requirements of the RFP must submit specific questions in writing to BGS.OPCVendorDocs@vermont.gov no later than 4:30 PM on March 6, 2024. All questions should include Brattleboro SOB Sidewalk-Curb Project in the subject line. Any comments, questions, or exceptions not raised in writing on or before the last day of the question period are waived.Full Bonding is required for this job.
