Scope of Work and Specifications Remove existing EPDM membrane roofing system and properly dispose of all roofing debris. Furnish and install commercial grade roofing. Project start date summer of July 1 2024, to be completed by Aug 20, 2024 for the school location at 164 Green Street Brattleboro, Vermont. Work performed and materials to include the following: 1. Remove and dispose of the existing EPDM cover sheet membrane roofing system. 2. Contractor responsible for reconditioning existing roof drains. 3. All missing roof drainage screens to be replaced with cast iron screens. 4. Prepare substrate and build up polyisocyanurate insulation required to meet an R value of R-41ci. 5. Insulation shall be fully attached to the substrate as necessary. 6. Install fully adhered 60 mil Firestone Rubber Gard Eco White EPDM Membrane over insulation. 7. Contractor responsible for cutting and flashing all existing roof penetrations or walls. 8. Contractor responsible for disposal of all related project materials. Timeline: Project to begin on or after July 01, 2024 and completion being no later than August 16, 2024. Scheduling can be flexible based on timelines due to summers being booked. The price shall be a total price for all cleanup, materials and labor for installation of a new roofing system.
