Project On-site Work Begins - Target Date May 1, 2024 Substantial Completion - Target Date July 31, 2024 In July 2020, the IndyPL Board of Trustees, with Resolution 28-2020, adopted these Minority/ Women/ Disability/ Veteran-Owned Business Enterprise Utilization Goals: o The utilization goal for Minority-owned Business Enterprises (MBE) is fifteen percent (15%). o The utilization goal for Women-owned Business Enterprises (WBE) is eight percent (8%). o The utilization goal for Veteran-owned Business Enterprises (VBE) is three percent (3%). o The utilization goal for Disability-owned Business Enterprises (DOBE) is one percent (1%). This Invitation to Quote ("ITQ") issued by the Indianapolis Public Library ("IndyPL") seeks lump sum quotes from qualified vendors to provide construction services ("Services") for the Central Library ("CEN") Fourth Floor Study Rooms Renovation Project ("Project"). The Project includes the removal and replacement of walls, doors, hardware, finishes, mechanical, electrical, data, and any associated modifications needed for a complete Project. All work on site may occur while CEN is open for public services provided adequate temporary safety measures are provided, dust/debris is controlled, noise/odors are not disruptive. If these conditions cannot be met, then the Services shall be performed while CEN is not open for public use. Use of elevators for movement of materials during public service hours is not permitted.
