Renovation of a mixed-use development in Westborough, Massachusetts. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
Remove and replace wet insulation were indicated. Prep the existing EPDM roof to remain for application of new liquid applied roof system. Install liquid applied roof system membrane over existing EPDM roof. Remove and replace additional areas of wet insulation if encountered as a Unit Price Scope of Work. The Contractor will have no use of the interior of building unless authorized by Owner. All access to the roof to be provided by the Contractor from the exterior. All work shall be in accordance with the Bidding and Contract Documents prepared by Architect, GORMAN RICHARDSON LEWIS ARCHITECTS, INC., 239 South Street, Hopkinton, Massachusetts 01748, GGD Consulting Engineers and their consultants. Every request for such an interpretation shall be made in writing by a bidder and sent to GGD Consulting Engineers, Inc., 375 Faunce Corner Road, Suite D, Dartmouth, MA 02747, by fax at (508) 998-0883, or by email at jessica_fortin@g-g-d.com.
