DEP-DWSRF - 7272 The price bid under this Bid Item shall be full compensation for all labor, tools, materials and equipment necessary to complete the Work as specified which shall include excavation, drilling and blasting; drilling and splitting; use of hydraulic or pneumatic hammers, pre-blast survey(s), permit(s) and license(s), vibration monitoring, removal and legal disposal of rock and/or boulders, furnishing and placing replacement material, backfilling and compaction, as specified and any other incidental Work relative thereto.
