Renovation of an educational facility in Westborough, Massachusetts. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
As of June 11,2024, project was awarded to both KLEEBERG MECHANICAL SERVICES LLC for $574,905.50 and TJ CONWAY COMPANY for $574,905.50. The work includes the installation of Contractor or University Supplied Material supplied materials and all operations and adjustments required for the restoration of HVAC/mechanical systems to complete operating status. Examples of the required work include: 1. Installation and repair of gas, water, and vent piping systems. 2. Installation and repair of Plumbing fixtures. 3. Installation and repair of Faucets and Valves. 4. Cleaning of Drains and sanitary waste Lines. 5. Drilling or cutting holes through floors, walls and ceilings. 6. Insulate Pipe and Tubing. 7.
