Site work and new construction of a municipal facility in Kanab, Utah. Completed plans call for the construction of a municipal facility.
This scope of work covers the construction of pre-cast concrete double vault style rest room building. The successful bidder will be required to provide a record set of plans stamped by a Professional Engineer licensed in the State of Utah for the floor plan. Floor plan must be designed with the following criteria: Provide a Pre-cast concrete Double Vaulted style restroom unit which includes the following items: o delivery/installation o excavation o crane and setting, o backfill and compaction, o Engineered Stamped Plans, o Meet all specifications for vault toilet equipment as listed (equivalent or better) below to be included. DWR would like to get this restroom installed as soon as possible but knows there may be a lead time depending on bidder's workload. Bidder to provide timeline with their bid. Completion required by May 24th unless otherwise agreed upon
