Site work and paving for a civil project in Kanab, Utah. Completed plans call for site work for a bridge / tunnel; road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.
A pre-bid conference will not be held. The Project includes the following Work: Install new 10' diameter corrugated metal pipe (CMP), cast-in- place concrete wing-walls and apron, riprap, and roadway improvements. Bids will be received for a single contract. Question Deadline 04/11/2024 Owner anticipates the Projects total bid price will be approximately $245,000. The project is expected to be completed within 60 days of notice to proceed. Bidder shall submit all questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents to Engineer in writing. Contact information and submittal procedures for such questions are as follows: Submit to Parker Vercimak at parker.v@jonesanddemille.com. Interpretations or clarifications considered necessary by Engineer in response to such questions will be issued by Addenda delivered to all registered plan holders. Questions received less than seven days prior to the date for opening of Bids may not be answered.
