Reference Number 0000264348 Question Acceptance Deadline 2024/03/06 11:30:00 PM CST This project will also include the below requirements: Services are to include fabrication and installation of directional wayfinding signage and other wayfinding elements such as floor decals and wall graphics, designed to assist patients, visitors, staff, and others with navigation to; various departments, units, elevator banks, staircases, washrooms, services, and other landmarks throughout the Main Hospital. Signage total is approximately 509 interior signs spread over 10 floors and between 13 interconnected buildings. Work on this project would generally include the following types of work/specifications: removal of designated existing signs, floor graphics and associated materials. The designated signs for removal would be determined prior to installation; repair of building structures due to removal and/or installation; installation of new signs, clean up, disposal. The Supplier may subcontract portions of their work. The initial term of the agreement is for a period of one (1) year, requiring work to begin at Phase 2 of this project, with an option(s) at the sole discretion of the Purchaser to extend the agreement term for subsequent project phases subject to required budgetary and program approvals. The project scope and timetable will be negotiated and agreed to if additional phases are approved. Fees for future phases cannot exceed the maximum allowable fees for the project. Any phase of the project that doesn't receive funding approval will not proceed. The Purchaser will also have the option to go back to tender to select another supplier for subsequent phases that receive funding approval at their sole discretion.
