The project consists of installing Owner purchased chiller and cooling tower into the existing CTC CEP that was designed for a third chiller. Includes receiving the chiller & colling tower, installing foundation, structural steel supports, piping and associated electrical scope of work. Must use Owner’s Control Contractor.
