This project consists of the enclosure of asbestos-containing spray-on fireproofing in the Basement, First Floor and Second Floor at the Marlborough District Court located at 45 Williams St., Marlborough, MA 01752. SCOPE OF WORK Detailed Scope of Work: This project consists of the enclosure of asbestos-containing spray-on fireproofing in the Basement, First Floor and Second Floor as indicated on the attached prints. The scope of work will also include removing asbestos-containing floor tile and associated mastic in both public stairwells and the adjacent landings. All work must be scheduled after Courthouse hours or on weekends. All workers must pass Trial Court CORI check. The Contractor may use facility water and electricity. REQUIREMENTS Contractor to provide: Asbestos Supervisor and Worker certifications. Pre-construction submittals must include the following for each employee: o Copy of asbestos license o Copy of asbestos training certification o Copy of medical exam o Copy of respirator fit test o OSHA 10 Hour (Construction) o CORI consent forms and legible photo ID
