The City of Marlborough, the Awarding Authority, invites sealed bids from General Contractors (GC) and Filed Sub-Bidders (FSB) for the Easterly and Westerly WWTF Supervisory Control & Data Acquisition (SCADA) Upgrades, Project WS 2024-02, in accordance with the Contract Documents prepared by Wright-Pierce. David Cockburn, Wright-Pierce; david.cockburn@wright-pierce.com; (207)798- 3721 Question Deadline 05/16/2024 The undersigned hereby agrees that the Contract Time shall commence twenty days following the Effective Date of the Agreement and that the Work will be substantially complete and completed and ready for final payment in accordance with paragraph 15.06 of the General and Supplementary Conditions on or before the dates or within the number of calendar days indicated in the Agreement. Work will be substantially complete within 500 calendar days after the date when the Contract Time commences to run provided in paragraph 4.01 of the General and Supplementary Conditions, and completed and ready for final payment within 560 calendar days after the date when the Contract Time commences to run
