Site work, paving and renovation of a mixed-use development in New Bedford, Massachusetts. Completed plans call for the renovation of a residential development; for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; and water / sewer project.
Removal and replacement of bituminous concrete paving, installation of clotheslines, catch basin repair and seeding Estimated Cost $250,000 All bidding Requests for Information (RFIs) shall be submitted online by 02/21/2024 at 2:00PM EST for general bids. A. The Work consists of furnishing and installing all materials, labor, supervision and incidentals required for the installation of new walks at the Westlawn Development located in New Bedford, MA. The work consists of the following major items: 1. Installation of 6' height chain link construction fence and gate, and removal at end of work. 2. All field dimensions/ quantities shall be verified by the Contractor. 3. Removal of existing asphalt paving and clothesline poles. 4. Installation of new bituminous concrete walk paving, sealcoat of existing bituminous concrete walk paving, and new clotheslines and poles. Contractor shall spread topsoil and broadcast and hydroseed new lawn areas. 5. All existing materials and debris shall be removed and disposed of in accordance with all applicable State, Federal, and Local Codes and Regulations; 6. All work shall be done in compliance with all Federal, State and Local Building Codes; 7. All work to be done in strict compliance with the manufacturer's installation requirements. When local codes and application instructions are in conflict, the more stringent requirements shall take precedence.
