Demolition, site work, renovation and addition to a stadium in Johnstown, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for the addition of a stadium; for the demolition of a stadium; for the renovation of a stadium; and for site work for a stadium.

The Contracts consist of the demolition of existing locker rooms and construction of locker room upgrades within the 1 st Summit Arena (Cambria County War Memorial), Johnstown, Cambria County, Pennsylvania including but not limited to architecture, structural, mechanical, plumbing, and electrical upgrades. Contract No. 2024-01 General Construction Contract No. 2024-02 Plumbing Construction Contract No. 2024-03 HVAC Construction Contract No. 2024-04 Electrical Construction Bid security shall be furnished in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all Bids, including without limitation, nonconforming, nonresponsive, unbalanced, or conditional Bids. Owner also reserves the right to waive all minor informalities not involving price, time, or changes in the Work. Prior to the award of the contract, the successful bidder(s) shall furnish a satisfactory Performance Bond and a Labor and Material Payment Bond to the Owner, in the form contained in the Contract Documents and executed by a satisfactory circular 570 listed surety, each equal to 100% of the total contract amount. The bidder(s) will also furnish evidence of insurance coverage as required by the contract documents. The obligations imposed on the Owner by the financing agency shall apply to and be acceptable to the successful bidder. Funding for this project is being provided in part by the Owner and the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, Redevelopment Assistance Capital Program (RACP). The Contractor(s) shall adhere to the provisions of the Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage Rates as set forth in the Contract Documents. Bidder(s) must comply with all State anti-bid-rigging regulations pertaining to work associated with this project and will be required to submit an executed non-collusion affidavit with the bid. The successful bidder(s) will be required to complete all work within 155 consecutive calendar days from, and including, the date indicated by the Owner in their written Notice to Proceed. Bidding Documents may be obtained from The EADS Group, Inc., [during the hours indicated above], upon payment of a non-refundable fee of $100.00 for printed format or $25.00 for electronic format, both of which includes 6% Pennsylvania sales tax. Checks for Bidding Documents shall be payable to "The EADS Group, Inc." To access the electronic format, the bidder must have a valid e-mail address and will require internet connection. Bidder agrees that the Work will be substantially complete within 125 calendar days after the date when the Contract Times commence to run as provided in Paragraph 4.01 of the General Conditions and will be completed and ready for final payment in accordance with Paragraph 15.06 of the General Conditions within 155 calendar days after the date when the Contract Times commence to run.
