Reference Number 0000343082 Question Acceptance Deadline 03/06/2024 05:00 PM MT Contact information and submittal procedures for such questions are as follows: Email all questions ONLY to the City Clerk at cityclerk@gunnisonco.gov. The Site of the Work includes property, easements, and designated work areas described in greater detail in the Contract Documents but generally located at Cranor Hill Ski Area, 2438 County Road 10, Gunnison, CO 81230. The Project is located in Gunnison County, approximately three (3) miles north of Gunnison city limits. The Work shall be performed in accordance with the Contract and generally includes earthwork, concrete footings and slab, framing, metal roofing, metal siding, thermal/moisture protection, electrical, windows, doors, finishes, and other appurtenances. The Contract provides a list of applicable plans, specifications, and permits. The 2015 International Building Code is the governing code. The building type is a V-B with an S-2 Low Hazard Storage Occupancy. Please refer to plans in RFB document for additional details. Owner reserves the right to reject any or all Bids, including without limitation, nonconforming, nonresponsive, unbalanced, or conditional Bids. Owner also reserves the right to waive all minor Bid informalities not involving price, time, or changes in the Work.
