Roadway Improvements. Estimated Cost $600,000. Roadway Improvements: Work at various locations within Town. Scope includes, but not limited to, placement of bituminous concrete with tack coat; pulverize & reshape existing concrete pavement, bituminous concrete berm, catch basins, more. State prevailing wage laws apply to this project and will be provided with bid documents. Bidders are responsible for checking website often for addenda. There will be no pre-bid meeting for this project No bidder may withdraw their bid for a period of sixty (60) days after the date of bid opening. Attention of the bidder is called to the requirements of the minimum wage rates to be paid where applicable. Bids shall be awarded to the lowest responsible and responsive bidder. The Department of Public Works agents for the Town of Hopkinton shall have the authority to reject any or all bids, in whole or in part, to limit the extent of the work to keep within the limits of available funds, and accept the bid deemed to be in the best interest of the Town of Hopkinton.
