Scope includes, but not limited to, placement of bituminous concrete with tack coat; pulverize & reshape existing concrete pavement, bituminous concrete berm, catch basins, more. Attention of the bidder is called to the requirements of the minimum wage rates to be paid where applicable. Bids shall be awarded to the lowest responsible and responsive bidder. The Department of Public Works agents for the Town of Hopkinton shall have the authority to reject any or all bids, in whole or in part, to limit the extent of the work to keep within the limits of available funds, and accept the bid deemed to be in the best interest of the Town of Hopkinton.
