Dane County is inviting Proposals for professional architectural & engineering design services. Only firms with capabilities, experience & expertise with similar projects should obtain this RFP document & submit Proposals. The New Center will be in a building Dane County purchased in December 2023 at 2002 Pankratz St. in Madison, WI. The building was built in 2011, is currently unoccupied & will need significant renovation before the County can occupy the space. The building has 45,000 GSF with approximately 30,000 GSF of that as warehouse space. The building is on a site leased from the Dane County Regional Airport. Question Submission Deadline:March 5, 2024, 3:00pm. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
