1. Approximately 60,000 gallons of diesel fuel (tank size 10,000 gallons) delivered to Morrow County Road Department yard in Lexington, Oregon. This tank is on a "Keep Full" basis with a minimum delivery of 4,500 gallons. 2. Approximately 10,000 gallons of diesel fuel (tank size 1,000 gallons) delivered to Remote sites in various locations through out Morrow County. This tank is on an "As Needed" basis. 3. Approximately 2,000 gallons of diesel fuel (tank size 1,000 gallons) delivered to Morrow County OHV Park in southern Morrow County. This tank is on an "As needed: basis. 4. Price for card lock fueling in Morrow and Umatilla Counties. All bidders must submit a bid for all locations. Lowest bidder on the total will be successful. All bids must use the Diesel Fuel Bid Sheet. Contract shall be for a three (3) year period Morrow County requires verification of supplier's Rack price with all deliveries. Morrow County is Tax exempt on all diesel fuel. Morrow County reserves the right to reject any and all bids and/or to postpone award of bids for thirty (30) days from date of bid opening. Morrow County does not discriminate based on race, color, national origin, religion, sex, age or handicapped status in employment or the provision of services.
