**As of September 12, 2023, project was awarded to Silver Creek Contracting, LLC, awarded amount is $227,489.51.** Lexington Airport Power and Fiber Extension Project Liquidated damages will apply to the Contract resulting from this ITB for failure to complete the project by the required Substantial Completion Date (See Exhibit 5 for detailed information.) Deadline for questions or requests for clarification 5 calendar days prior to the Bid Opening Date. Point of Contact for this ITB is Sandi Pointer, spointer@co.morrow.or.us. This is the only point of contact for this ITB. Any questions or issues that may arise regarding the Specifications, the bidding process, and/or the award process shall be directed to the Purchaser/Single Point of Contact. Morrow County reserves the right to reject any Bid that is unreadable The selected Bidder shall furnish a Performance Bond and a Payment Bond each in the total amount (100%) of the awarded Contract, executed in favor of Morrow County, to ensure faithful performance of the Contract and payment for services and goods. PROJECT START DATE (for onsite work): Within 10 days of Morrow County's issuance of Notice to Proceed. SUBSTANTIAL COMPLETION: Within 20 days of Morrow County's issuance of Notice to Proceed. FINAL COMPLETION: Within 21 days of Morrow County's issuance of Notice to Proceed
