The Work is located along Oakdale Avenue from Phelps Street to Lane Street in District 10 of San Francisco, California, and consists of streetlight work, traffic control, and all related work. Only San Francisco Contract Monitoring Division (C MD) certified Micro-LBE contractors are eligible to bid on this Set-Aside Contract in accordance with Administrative Code Chapter 14B7(K). Micro-LBEs that subcontract any portion of this Contract should subcontract to businesses certified as Micro-LBEs, to the maximum extent possible. Prime bidders must serve a Commercially Useful Function based on the Contract's scope of work, and must perform work directly with a value of at least twenty-five (25%) of the total Contract amount.
