The Liberty CUSD #2 School District reserves the right to reject any or all proposals and to waive technicalities and reserves the right to determine the qualifications of any and all contractors to perform the work required under this contract. No bid may be withdrawn after the time for opening of the bids is past. Bidders are notified that not less than the prevailing wage rate as determined by the Illinois Department of Labor shall be paid to all workmen performing work under this contract.
