Bidders must completely familiarize themselves with the specifications in this bid document. Base Bid: Construction of a bathroom facility in the Village Park of the Village of Liberty, Illinois. The construction of the bathroom facility shall include the following specifications: o 19'x 23', cinder block exterior with smooth interior construction with white metal roof with a 6'overhang on the front of the building with a 6'concrete pad, and 2'overhang around the perimeter of the building, and no concrete pad around the perimeter. Appropriate lighting shall be installed in the 6'overhang. o Men's restroom will have 2 full length urinals, 1 toilet and 2 sinks. The toilet and stall shall be handicapped accessible. The restroom shall contain a changing table. o Women's restroom shall contain 3 toilets and 2 sinks. One toilet and stall shall be handicapped accessible. The restroom shall contain a changing table. o Partitions between stalls and all grab bars shall be stainless steel. The bathroom stalls shall contain stainless steel toilet paper disposal. There shall be an interior drain in both the men's and women's restrooms. Each unit shall contain at least one sanitary paper towel disposal made of stainless steel. o Sinks and toilets shall be porcelain and toilets shall be Sloan Valve wall mounted. o Water lines are to be copper. o Everything must be ADA compliant and follow prevailing wage guidelines. o The mechanical room shall be located between the two restrooms and shall also contain a floor drain. o The Village of Liberty shall remove the existing building and slab prior to construction. o Contractor shall have the ground graded with appropriate slope for proper drainage and ground is to be seeded to match existing area and area shall be cleaned of all construction debris after completion.
