Renovation of a municipal facility in Manhattan, Kansas. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 2,200-square-foot municipal facility.

The scope of work of the project includes remodeling of an existing +/- 2,200 sq. ft. space for offices, reception area, lobby, and storage space for the Riley County Elections Department. A Bid Security made payable to Riley County, Kansas in the form of a certified check on a solvent Kansas bank or a satisfactory bid bond in an amount equal to five percent (5%) of the total bid price must accompany each Bid. Document Note: Plans and specifications will be available on or about February 1, 2024, for examination and can be obtained from the Architect, Bruce McMillan AIA, Architects, P.A., 555 Poyntz Ave Ste. 295 Manhattan, Kansas 66502 (785-776-1011) (admin@mcmillanarchitects.com). Plans may be provided electronically. A Contractor's Qualification Statement, AIA Document A305-2020 shall be submitted with the bid. Without this submittal and required verifications with the bid, it will be rejected.
