** As of May 24, 2024 this project has been awarded to Ebert Construction with an amount of $667,503.16 .** These bids will be for the furnishing of all labor and materials, and performing all the Work in accordance with the drawings and specifications for: Hudson Ave Reconstruction (Between Claflin Rd & Dickens Ave). These documents are also open for public inspection at the Public Works Department, Engineering Division, 1101 Poyntz Avenue, Manhattan, Kansas, 66502. The bidder to whom the Contract is awarded will be required to furnish acceptable Performance and Maintenance and Statutory Bonds, each in the amount of the total Contract price, in conformity with the requirements of the Contract Documents.
