Renovation of a multi-residential development in Brockville, Ontario. Completed plans call for the renovation of a multi-residential development.

The United Counties of Leeds and Grenville (the owner), owns 18 multi-residential and 177 family rent-geared-to-income buildings located throughout Leeds Grenville. The building at 55 Reynolds Drive, Brockville, requires new exterior entrance doors (South side), and all emergency exit doors and frames. We invite respondents to participate in the Request for Quotation for the provision of all materials, equipment and labour required to complete this project. Question Deadline: Wed Feb 28, 2024 1:00:00 PM (EST) Dave Powers, Asset and Facilities Supervisor dave.powers@uclg.on.ca It is expected that this project will be completed by September 1, 2024. The successful bidder will be required to provide a certified cheque in the amount of 10% of the overall bid, payable to the Treasurer, Corporation of the United Counties of Leeds and Grenville, which will be held as a performance bond until 60 days past the end of the contract period. award is subject to final approval.
