2024 Sid Copeland Water Treatment Plant Filter Media Replacement The City of Louisville (City) is inviting bids from highly qualified contractors for project specific construction phase services for improvements to the filters at the Sid Copeland Water Treatment Plant in the City of Louisville, Colorado. The Work for which the Bid is requested consists of 1) supplying the necessary filter media as specified and 2) the removal and replacement of filter media (anthracite, sand and gravel) within four (4) filters 3) Coating of filter basin and or piping as needed 4) Replacement of underdrain tiles as needed at the Sid Copeland Water Treatment Plant, City of Louisville, Colorado.
