Contractor shall commence the Work within 10 days of date of the Notice to Proceed. Substantial Completion of the Work shall be accomplished by the 15th day of December, 2024, unless the period for completion is extended otherwise in accordance with the Contract Documents. Final Completion of the Work shall be accomplished within 30 days of the date of Substantial Completion. The District reserves the right, if it deems such action to be in its best interests, to reject any and all Bids or to waive any irregularities or informalities therein.
