The work consists of the construction of 1- Office & 1- Bathroom inside an existing metal building at the OUA Maintenance Barn located at 371 Hwy. 78 West, Okeechobee, Florida 34974 All materials furnished and all work performed by the CONTRACTOR, shall be in accordance with the plans, specifications, and contract documents pertaining thereto, which may be obtained directly from the OWNER in electronic format. The owner reserves the right to hold all bids for thirty (30) days and to reject any and all bids, with or without cause, to waive technical errors and informalities, or to accept the bid in its judgment that serves the owner. The proposed office and bathroom are to be constructed inside an existing metal building that already has an existing concrete floor and a metal roof. The proposed office is approximately 19’.5” x 25’. The proposed bathroom is approximately 6’4” x 7’4”. All work shall be performed in Accordance with all codes, rules, regulations, and restrictions having jurisdiction on this project.
