Site work, paving and outdoor lighting for a civil project in Niagara Falls, Ontario. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; for outdoor lighting for a road / highway; and water / sewer project.
This project and its associated work is for the supply and delivery of all labour, equipment and materials necessary for the Ferry Street Reconstruction project as further prescribed in the RFT documents. This project is the third implementation phase in the Victoria Centre Streetscape Master Plan. This phase will include full road reconstruction and decorative streetscape finishes on Ferry Street from the limit of Phase 2 (West of Ellen Avenue) to Stanley Avenue. Project components include new infrastructure such as storm sewers, sanitary sewers and watermain as well as new street lighting poles/fixtures and streetscaping features extended from Victoria Avenue to provide a cohesive look through the corridor. Infrastructure on Buchanan Avenue will also be decommissioned and a local storm system added. Only those Respondents who were pre-qualified through the Stage 1 procurement process RFSQ37-2023 - Pre-Qualification of General Contractors for the Reconstruction of Ferry Street will be eligible to submit a bid. Submissions from other bidders who were not pre-qualified for this Stage 2 procurement process will not be considered. Documents can be obtained at https://niagarafalls.bidsandtenders.ca/
