Description

Renovation of an educational facility in Kingston, Ontario. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.

The project includes approximately 1,700 sm. roof replacement on Roof Areas D, E2 & I. This includes the removal of conventional BUR roof assembly and the installation of conventional Mod. Bit. roof assembly, the installation of metal siding clad parapets and sheet metal flashings, and the reinstallation of rooftop mechanical equipment. In addition, the project includes the installation of a roof access ladder to Roof Area D, the removal of an existing exhaust fan and ductwork on Roof Area I and painting the metal siding clad mansard roofs on all sides of Roof Area D as specified in the attached drawings and specifications.
