The scope of work includes all work necessary to deliver this Assignment as described in the RFP Documents. The Service Provider shall plan, execute, document and report all work in conformance with Ministry of Transportation standards, criteria and requirements any directives or specifications, and the Technical Standards and Specifications (Appendix 2). As well, when providing services under this Agreement, the Service Provider shall comply with all applicable legislation, regulatory standards, industry best management practices, and other guidelines and procedures relevant to conduct the work. The Service Provider shall also consult any existing applicable MTO guidance documents as appropriate. The project scope includes engineering services in the following functional categories: Bridge Engineering - Biennial Inspections The Ministry intends to establish an agreement with an Engineering Service Provider to furnish professional and technical services for the assignment described in the RFP Documents using a Total Project Management approach. This Assignment includes Underwater inspection of 55 structures in Eastern Region: 29 bridges, and 26 culverts over a four (4) year period commencing in 2024 and completing in 2027. Anticipated Start Date (After signed and executed agreement) - June 10, 2024 The Ministry, acting reasonably, reserves the right to accept or reject any and all Proposals, whether or not completed properly and whether or not it contains all required information.
