The City of Indianola is accepting bids for mowing of designated park areas and the designated Water Pollution Control areas and the Water Resource Recovery Facility on a three-year contract. Bidders may request to meet with the Parks Supervisor, Marty Chittenden to look at each park area to be mowed. Marty can be reached at 515-962-5297 (shop) or 515-419-1382 (cell). Bidders may request to meet with the WRRF Superintendent, Jared Keenan, to look at the sewer areas to be mowed. Jared can be reached at 515-577-2444. All areas being bid may not be awarded in the contract. Bids will be awarded to the bidder who, in our opinion, has the size, quality of mowing equipment, and personnel capable of handling the amount of mowing specified. The City reserves the right to remove any sites from the contract-mowing list, all areas listed may not be awarded in the contract. Be sure to notice any supplemental pages supplied with packet.
